AJILON PROFESSIONAL STAFFING TAPS INDUSTRY VETERAN DOUG ARMS FOR CHIEF TALENT OFFICER

Saddle Brook, NJ, June 21,2005 – Ajilon Professional Staffing today announced Doug Arms has rejoined the company as its new chief talent officer (CTO) to lead its talent acquisition, retention and succession planning strategies and initiatives. Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leading specialty staffing and recruiting services company headquartered in Saddle Brook, New Jersey with operating divisions in accounting & finance, administrative/office support and legal.

Arms is a 12-year veteran of the staffing industry and has extensive experience in building internal recruiting strategies and recruitment teams. He first joined Ajilon in 1996 and during his seven-year tenure with the firm he started and developed the company's internal recruiting team with a focus on building the management team.

As chief talent officer, Arms will lead Ajilon Professional Staffing’s strategies for recruiting top talent and identifying high-potential employees and future leaders of the company. He will also be instrumental in developing career plans and creating professional development programs for these employees to ensure they achieve their career goals and progress into greater levels of leadership.

Most recently, Arms was director of talent acquisition at a national staffing firm, where he helped build an extremely successful internal recruiting strategy and recruitment team. He earned a B.A. in communications and business from Montclair State.

Arms will report directly to Neil Lebovits.
